Our chapter participates in spring recruitment, which includes four rounds: Meet the Sisters, Philanthropy, Values, and Preference. Each round gives you the chance to learn more about who we are, what we care about, and what being part of Alpha Xi Delta really means.In Meet the Sisters, you’ll chat with our members and get a feel for our vibe and friendships. The Philanthropy Round is all about giving back—we’ll share how we support HomeFront in Trenton, NJ, and our national philanthropy, the Kindly Hearts Initiative. During the Values Round, you’ll learn about what guides us every day, our four core values: knowledge, service, leadership, and sisterhood. In the final round, Preference, things get a little more personal as we reflect on our time in Alpha Xi Delta and what this sisterhood has meant to us. Recruitment is all about finding where you feel most comfortable and most yourself.

Since Alpha Xi Delta’s founding in 1893, we continue to enrich the lives of women throughout the world with by emphasizing the ideals our Founders instilled in our Fraternity: Sisterhood, leadership, knowledge and service to our communities. We fully embrace these ideals and the opportunity to bring them to college women.
